Sam Ross at the Little Branch bar in Manhattan has created a modern classic: Our take is equal parts Cotswold Whisky, Aperol, Amaro (Italian bitter) and lemon juice simply shaken & strained. Giving a bitter, sweet mouthwatering orange taste.
A classic drink dating back to 1923; an older recipe was reworked to make this beautiful drink, and it’s stayed that way since. Using lemon, gin, triple sec and an egg white, it’s simple in the way it looks however delivers great complexity.
For Goodness ‘Sake’
Clean, subtle, very alcoholic, that is what this drink gives you. A blend of sake, cucumber & vodka with a dash of sugar syrup to really liven up your day. Enjoy this as a palate cleanser or just for a WHY NOT moment!!!!
This is a twist on a classic French 75 using rum rather than gin in the mix and lime rather than lemon gives you a sunny twist on this already beautiful drink.
Who doesn’t love pomegranate & gin, I know we do… This is another twist on a classic first made here at the RL this one takes your taste buds somewhere else, sweet sour with a little citrus zestyness perfect for a sunny afternoon.
