The Restaurant

We are a family-owned and run Gastropub with Rooms. A restaurant with rooms in an 18th century thatched village pub on the edge of Salisbury Plain. Since 2008 we have been working at doing things properly (recognised in 2013 with our first Michelin Star) from the local, hand-pumped beer and carefully selected ciders to fine wines, cocktails, tasting menus, scotch eggs, kid’s menus and even doggie treats. If it can be made in house it will be and if not, we’ll source if from our partners, the best producers and suppliers in the country. From day one we have strived to make our guest experience as enjoyable as possible and to this day every member of our team passionately works to do everything a little bit better every time they do it.

We offer an A la carte menu including our signature Chateaubriand for 2, and a 5 Course Menu (for £60) every Lunch and Dinner that we are open. If you would like something more please just ask one of the team.
